The Park is nearing completion. It remains for the second detached building to be constructed and the extensive landscaping to be finalised.

The 7.5 acre development is the vision of local entrepreneurs, Graham Denton and John Mould. Read an interview with them in an article which appeared in The Business Magazine.

One of the larger buildings has already been sold to NG Bailey & Company, one of Europe's leading independent mechanical and electrical engineering contractors.

The neighbouring Hosehill Lake Nature Reserve is an oasis of tranquillity, rich in flora and fauna. The Reserve is managed by West Berkshire Council assisted by the Theale Area Bird Conservation Group, whose interests also include butterflies, moths and dragonflies.
